Coronavirus COVID-19 ALERT
The SDAB is adopting processes ( COVID-19 Procedures) to allow hearings to continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meetings will not be conducted in person in order to protect the safety of everyone involved. Instead, they will be carried out as described below. The SDAB will work to keep the below information current, but this is an evolving situation. Appeal Hearings
Effective December 03, 2020, all appeal hearings will be conducted by video conference using Microsoft Teams. Please click here to obtain the link and telephone number, if you prefer to use the phone-in option.
A Participant's Guide has been created to provide you with information about how to participate in the video conference. There will be no in-person hearings scheduled at this time. SDAB meetings are open to the public. If you would like to attend, click here for the login information.

The order of items within each time slot will be determined at the beginning of that time slot. The SDAB may adjust its agendas as it deems necessary to achieve the efficient and effective hearing of appeals.
